Do you ship to my area, and how long is delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery to most areas within Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. For detailed delivery information, please refer to our Delivery page.
For our Sydney Metro and Melbourne Metro customers, we offer full-service delivery options direct to your fridge, including Same-Day Delivery, Next-Day Delivery, Scheduled Delivery, and Cold Delivery.
Outside of Sydney and Melbourne Metro, we offer delivery to 92% of Australia via Australia Post. When prompted on the site, add your delivery postcode, and select products and delivery methods will be available.
Where is my order?
If you live in the Sydney or Melbourne Metro area, one of the dedicated fleet vans operated by a friendly Shorty's driver will most likely bring your order straight to your fridge. We aim to deliver during the time slot and date you chose at checkout. You'll receive an email notification 30 minutes before your order arrives.
If your order is outside the Sydney or Melbourne Metro area, it will be handled by our courier partners. Once your package leaves our warehouse, look for a confirmation email from Shippit. It will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your order. If you don't see the email, please check your junk mail before contacting us.

Can I pick up my order?
