This summer we are supporting @pubinthepark, Britain’s best food and music festival! 🤩 The festival will be at four locations, starting with Marlow (6 – 19 May) followed by Chiswick (28 – 30 June) Reigate (14 – 16 July) and St Albans (6 – 8 September). Check out world class names from the world of food, such as @angelacooking, @rimmersimon, @chefatulkochhar, @gennarocontaldo, @chefrickstein, @candicebrown and of course @cheftomkerridge. You can expect restaurant pop ups from the likes of The Hand and Flowers, Café Murano, The Abbey Inn, Jose Pizarro, Cue Point, The Green Man and many more multi-award winning and Michellin-starred eateries.

CHOCOLATE MISO PAN BANG COOKIES for the bank holiday 💃 If you're wondering why we call them 'pan bang',– it refers to the technique used to achieve that pleasing crinkly texture. After the cookies begin to rise and puff up during cooking, you bang the ‘pan’ (baking tray) on the counter. This deflates the dough and causes the cookies to spread out so they end up huge but slim. This version is flavoured with chocolate chips, white miso and a sprinkle of sea salt for a perfect sweet-savoury balance...⁠

He says: “Makhani is the inspiration behind the UK’s tikka masala, full of butter, cream and rich, warming spices. I’ve chosen paneer here as it’s easy to make at home but the sauce itself is so versatile – tandoori-marinated chicken is an obvious alternative. It has amazing aromatics running through it, and the honey adds sweetness to cut through the dairy. It’s a dish that’s become so popular, not just in northern India but across the entire subcontinent.”⁠
