Loved the condo! It was clean, modern, and comfortable throughout. The only drawback was we arrived after sundown and it was difficult to find our Treetops unit in the dark. Also there are 57 steps from the parking lot to the 3rd floor master suite! There is an elevator to the main deck so if you're going there and not in good physical condition, its best to use the elevator.

Had a very enjoyable stay at the Elegant Home in Arvada, CO. House was well appointed, very comfortable and plenty of space for 5 adults. Communications with Bryan of iTrip was really great. So glad we found this perfect weekend rental. Easy to get to so many fun places. Thanks so much.

The home was very clean and well kept. Everything is labeled and directions for checking in were very clear. 45 minutes to Zion National Park, 20 minutes to Sand Hollow. Would definitely stay here again if I get the chance to make it back.

Convenient location, could walk to The Hangout, shops and ice cream spots! Beautiful view and great place on the beach Size and set up of condo met our needs Parking: we were allowed 2 parking passes and only needed 1, but one night upon our return after 11:00, there was no place to park (the nice security guard let us park in an owner’s parking spot and we moved the car the next morning)

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect! The place was spotless. A bottle of wine, some delicious cookies and a welcome note greeted us! The beach was close and private enough to allow for guests to walk the beach freely. The hosts thought of everything and the amenities were appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!
